INPRO Competency Framework in Rauhalahti rehabilitation unit
Minna Enqvist, team leader at Coronaria’s Rauhalahti rehabilitation unit in Kuopio, has piloted the use of the INPRO Competency Framework (INPRO CF) with her interprofessional team consisting of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses and social workers, and can include a speech therapist, a doctor and a psychologist, depending on the current course’s needs. The team is relatively new and in need of the development of interprofessional team work. For example, the teamwork has faced challenges in defining the roles for every team member.
