Interprofessional Collaboration in Practice

Person-centred care is what we aim for in rehabilitation practice to accomplish a high quality of care. An Interprofessional Collaborative practice is fundamental in this approach. Therefore, an interprofessional Community of Learners (CoL) where health care professionals, lecturers, students and patients work and learn with and from each other has been developed in clinical practice in collaboration with Higher Education Institutes. We call this Student-Run Interprofessional Learning Ward (SR-IPLW).

We developed guidelines and materials to set-up a Student-Run Interprofessional Learning Ward at your own practice. We also share Inspiring implementations of interprofessional internships for students, patient journeys and learnings of Field Visits that we performed during our INPRO project. Finally, you can read our Publications around SR-IPLW.
